I only received 1 of 3 items And I have been waiting FOREVER for customer service to answer the phone! After 1/2 hr they STILL have not answered this "important caller"

I wanted to use Ensure Clear for the clear liquid diet day prior to colonoscopy procedure. I feel better when I have some protein throughout the day, and this meets the clarity/no residue requirement and the color restrictions (no red/purple. Allegro Medical had at the best price, I could buy them in singles, shipping was quick (under a week) and communication was good. I will look to Allegro Medical for any future needs.
Found a few critical tools for doing my physical therapy exercises at home at a fraction of the price as a consumer-facing retailer! The site is a little clunky and looks outdated, but the autofill in the search function gave me a starting place for all the items I was looking for. I didn't find everything I was hoping for, but I saved enough money to make it worth it buying those things other places. Both items I purchased shipped and arrived in less than a week. I got a cotton gait belt to use instead of a yoga strap and a half foam roller. It was hard to judge the size of the half foam roller based on the listing (again, there was an issue with product listings being clunky) and the images, so I got a smaller size than I would've picked in person, but it'll work fine.
I have made several attempts via Allegro'web-site to get customer services help. I have set up the suggested personal account with log in information. My inquiries on the site responded that Allegro has no record of my order and no tracking information available. I have replied to an e-mail from Allegro dated 20 September, 2021, informing me that my order HAS been received and Allegro is processing my order!!!!! All of my contacts to Allegro have not been acknowledged. This type of customer service is highly disturbing!!
Items are cheap, just like those you get in all those catalogs put in your mail box. Total waste of money.
I ordered the needle-less syringes in order to accurately dispense a liquid herbal supplement. Medicine dropper with bottle not accurate enough. They came quickly and are easy to read and use. Thanks Allegro Medical!
I was sent the wrong size catheters. When I called to correct it the person taking the call gave me wrong information and put in a totally incorrect new order. This required a third call. More than a week later i still cant get into the order section of your website to see if I made an error on the original order. i still havent gotten instructions on how to return the wrong size catheters
Overall good experience, but annoyed by how taxes are calculated on the site. Before the final confirmation, I get an accurate tax estimate, but my order confirmation page has the wrong tax rate. So my only record of what I am being charged is wrong. The amount charged to my credit card was the correct amount though. USPS is shipping extremely slowly. This isn't the fault of Allegro, but buyer beware that my order arrived after 10 business days, rather than the 5-7 for standard shipping.
The company is little more than a scam with phantom employees and phones they never answer.They bate and switch products.

Your website is not easy to navigate. Your customer service representatives are very helpful. You need more of them. Being on hold for over 10 minutes to speak with someone is not acceptable. Your vendors are not very receptive to helping your representatives.
Arrived quickly.
Poor communication. Never told me my item was back-ordered. After 12 days, I emailed customer service: "12 days later-- no status on shipping. If you can't ship by 9/21, please cancel the order." Did they respond? heck no. But my order status now returns "Page Not Found."

Ordering was easy, product was great! Ordering for my brother (who is not computer savvy) when his local vendor closed. Nice to find everything at one place, and at competitive/comparable prices! Everything was delivered to him fairly quickly, and since I received email notification about shipping, I was able to tell him when to expect things. Very pleased with the whole experience, and he was pleased with the products!
Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Their product pictures don’t match the actual products. And then when you buy from them, get the wrong product, and then try to return it so you can get the right product, they just won’t respond to you! There are better websites than this one, trust me!
Excellent site! I've used it to get my needles and syringes for almost two years now. The prices are great, the sizes are as-told, the orders arrive timely. My only question is why the items in a single order arrive at different times; my syringes arrived before my needles, despite them being placed in the same order. It's not that important to me, but it may be to others, so it's worth a mention. Still love this site; I highly recommend it, and I will continue to use it.
The item I ordered arrived really fast. I don't know how they do it. Never had items from other comanies arrive that fast without paying extra for shipping.
