We initially chose AllClear Travel, as their services and prices were very competitive on comparison websites that we checked. I have had a number of medical issues over the last couple of years and was concerned how they would affect the price of our policy. I had a discussion over the phone with AllClear, and found them very helpful when discussing my points of concern. Their price remained competitive, and I agreed to use them for our insurance. The follow up online has been speedy and clear. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, based on our experience so far. We took out a single trip policy, and have yet to have our holiday, but are relaxed with the cover agreed with AllClear.

I booked on the phone as my booking was a bit complicated. It was sorted very quickly and I was relieved to book my insurance at a reasonable rate. On line bookings are great but can’t beat a person on the telephone.

It is a lengthy process and you need a lot of help particularly when you may have multiple health conditions.
