Helpful, straightforward questions about medical history and investigations that made the process of booking travel insurance with an ongoing medical condition very clear and easy. Exclusions to our cover were explained and my understanding of these was checked, so that I would not be caught unawares should I need to make a claim. Joe (from Cardiff) was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient and explained all of our options and allowed us to make an informed choice of cover.

I particularly liked talking to a real person who explained things as we went along. Much easier than filling in a questionnaire. Angelina was of enormous help, particularly when my answer didn't fit any of the options. She was also very good at explaining what certain features were and what they would mean for me. This meant that I really did have informed choice.
