Clear English speaking agent, Gary, was patient, not overly serious, listened and didn’t make me feel so ill that I came off the phone depressed. Yes, I’m half dead already but we don’t have to be sad about it. My situation is complex but we made our way through the lot of medical questions and resolved any issues.
