Helpful agent and easy process
Well most easy to deal with thats why been booking with them for years and the staff was very helpful
Jackie was very pleasant helpful&knowledgeable on the products available which made things easy to choose what we needed for our needs & it is great that you can add or take out some of the extra cover that is available I don't think this is the cheapest cover but is very comprehensive & getting the which approval it gives you peace of mind

The insurance consultant Lara was very personable, professional and helpful in dealing with the renewal of my annual multi trip policy. There were several amendments to be made to the existing policy and were all dealt with efficiently. What I thought would be a difficult path to renewal was in fact the complete opposite. I am now, very happy to have renewed with your company.

Ultimately a good renewal price but I had to work hard for it. Don't accept the auto renewal price and be prepared to change your cover details. Agent Dennis was very helpful in helping me get the right cover at the best price.
My late brother had a policy with All Clear. They failed to take notice of my advice of his death. They then proceeded to send out renewal documents which I found insensitive and distressing. I would not recommend using these people for any insurance cover.

I spoke to Josh the first day and Jay on the second. Both guys were very professional and clear about information need for the travel insurance. I was shocked at the prices (hence 4*) but it was explained. I still thought about it overnight before making a decision. I honestly considered cancelling the holiday but the need for a break in the sun won the day. I guess we don’t need insurance until we do then we’re relieved, but I still think the cost is too high. There was an awful lot of information given out even before I was put through to an actual person. The secure payment system worked very well and Jay gave a very cheery goodbye at the end of my call.
