I have bought twice from this company, and twice items have arrived falling apart, with bits floating around inside the packaging. The latest item was a pair of earrings that Alex tod me she would send out a replacement for, this was 2 weeks ago, and I had advised her that these were a Christmas gift, yet still no replacement earrings have arrived, and no response to 4 emails now sent!!

Bought for a gift, the headband is lovely - it arrived quickly and I loved the added touch with the organza bag and candy cane!
