Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
A great find. We ended up renting a minivan for a couple days for less than an economy car at the airport. Everything went smoothly. Shuttle was prompt and nice on both pickup and return. Van was ready when we got there and paperwork was quickly handled. We will use again.
Yes but the picture of the van wasn’t the same as the pic
nice professional nice vehiclenice location perfect
The car was very good. However, we had a big issue with the charges for gas. There were so many places for me to initial I unwittingly agreed to prepay for a full tank. Nonetheless the company told me to bring back the car with The tank full. It tried to hide the fact that it wanted me to pay for gas twice.
Yes i recommend this company exelent service.
Excelente atención y hospitalidad
Everything was good except their shuttle for taking us to office and taking back to airport had really long delays.
Good experience .
Great prices, awesome customer service
Prepare to wait and prepare to get a really dirty vehicle after waiting. Oh ya prepare to wait again when you drop off.
They didn’t tell us about all the tolls or give us options to buy a toll pass The tolls were excessive They need to give visitors a heads up and options on the tolls Car was dirty also, not cleaned inside or out bugs all over windshield
The rental when good
Bad customer service, from the shuttle that picks you up to the guy who hands you the keys. Van was clean but the transmission was slipping bad. They don’t seem to care
I would have rather had a Ford Transit van than a Chevy van. Other than that, everything was great.
Very very smooth and quick.nice staff. Great price and great gas price too.so nice to not have to fill up before.i will definitely use them again.
Wait too long for the van and vehicle to dirty
Never let you know that even the staff does not know the invisible deduction
Great van. Easy process. Very affordable!
Great pricing, Great car, Great service. When I return to Denver, I’ll be getting back with AVR!
