Very easy staff professional and friendly all round

The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful, it was good to actually speak with a person. I don’t really do technology so was a good experience. Everything was made easy and soon got insurance sorted.

Customer service wer knowledgeable and very helpful answered all my questions. Pleased with the service the only issue is the wait time to get through to a supervisor.

They set up the direct debit the day before I requested, and then when their error caused the DD to bounce they tried to extort another 25% of the value of the entire policy as a fine for their own negligence. This is not the kind of abusive relationship I would have expected for something as simple as SORN insurance, but needless to say I have rid myself of their direct debit, assigned their emails to the junk folder, prepping reports for the relevant financial authorities, and shall ensure that social media is aware they are a company to be avoided at all costs. Atrocious company.

I have found Adrian Flux to be very professional right from the start. There customer service team were interested in getting me the right cover for my car at a very reasonable price.

Great service

A no fuss concise service with friendly helpful staff who appear to be knowledgable and offer different solutions etc all with clear explanations as to why and what for. We were able to insure our campervan with no fuss as they were very clear about what we needed to suit our particlar (not unusual) circumstances ... tbf other insurers were clueless only catering for standard vehicles.

Nice and easy and lovely operators to deal with.how ever comparing with few others insurance companies the quotation’s was much cheaper. Never the les I felt more comfortable to join your company.thank you

Excellent customer service, renewed my Car Insurance with them having given me a good price against the quote by my old insurer. They were very thorough explaining details of my new policy. Came away a very satisfied customer.

Seems to take ever to insure anything
