They set up the direct debit the day before requested
They set up the direct debit the day before I requested, and then when their error caused the DD to bounce they tried to extort another 25% of the value of the entire policy as a fine for their own negligence. This is not the kind of abusive relationship I would have expected for something as simple as SORN insurance, but needless to say I have rid myself of their direct debit, assigned their emails to the junk folder, prepping reports for the relevant financial authorities, and shall ensure that social media is aware they are a company to be avoided at all costs. Atrocious company.
