My friend recommended Adagio. Very impressed with the variety and quick shipping! Love the "sample" bags because I like to change my taste up!

I've ordered tea from Adagio several times now, and have been impressed every time with the quality of the tea. I love the option to make custom tea blends, and the packaging is gorgeous (the metal sample tins are so pretty and so much fun to get). Points that add up for free stuff, a surprise free packet of birthday blend tea when I placed an order in my birthday month, discount coupons, and helpful customer service have added to my enjoyment. The wish list feature is also great. I will definitely be ordering more tea from Adagio.

Adagio has an amazing selection of teas. I love flavored teas because they are so much fun and Adagio has a huge variety. The teas are also very high quality and fresh. My favorite of all time is chestnut tea.

Fast shipping, EXCELLENT teas, always something new to try!

First order with Adagio Teas was a great experience! Shipping was free and fast (order was over $49). Love the website, especially the reviews of the teas from other people. It really matched the teas that I received. The teas were excellent. I like that I could buy samples to try teas out. It worked out really well because there were a couple that were just ok to me, but I only spent a couple dollars so that was fine. Also the two teas I didn't like, my daughter loved so it worked out. They also have a rewards program where you earn points to get free tea! Great experience. I have already placed another order and it has only been a week!

The quality of their tea is consistent, and they have plenty of perks to both reduce price and introduce you to new teas without additional cost. My favorite black tea is Chocolate Chip, and my favorite herbal tea is Honeybush Apricot. No matter what type or flavor of tea you prefer, Adagio will have it for you. And if you can't find just what you are looking for, you can mix a custom blend.

Love these teas! They have such a wide variety of flavor and such exquisite packaging. Also, their customer service and delivery speed is unbelievably good and fast. Totally recommend.

Love most of the tea and it ships fast.

While I grew to enjoy tea over the years, it wasn't until I found Adagio that I truly fell in love with a beverage I now can't image a single day without. Adagio not only provides diversity, but it also caters to my love of pop culture. I've enjoyed so many wonderful blends I might otherwise not have tried because a familiar character's name or face was attached to it. In addition, Adagio has accessible customer service and plenty of seasonal offerings to ensure that my daily beverage matches the changing seasons and holidays. Highly recommended!

Excellent selection at reasonable prices

I waited a long time to try Adagio Teas because I was a diehard Teavana customer. When Teavana closed, I still waited to try them. After watching my favorite you tube channel, Tea Leaf Project, and Steph Banner repeatedly saying how good their teas are, I finally gave the company a chance and never regretted it. I enjoy so many of their teas now and look forward to trying more. I love how you can buy samples to try before committing to a larger amount.

I've ordered from Adagio for years, and I've always been happy with each and every order. They have a wide variety of teas available, from black all the way to herbal teas, and they even let people make their own blends based on... well, anything! Chances are, any popular fandom out there has at least two or three blends made for them. Pick your favorite and go nuts! I've made a few myself, and while I wish I knew it needed 3 teas to make the blend with, it was a fun experience! Customer service has always been quick for me, whether or not it's a query about why certain teas aren't able to be blended or if I'm asking about points going towards an order, customer service has been prompt and polite. You need at least $49 to get a shipping discount, and if it's just filled with sample teas, you'll be able to strech your money very far. Bigger amounts of tea are of course more expensive, but if you find a blend you like, you find it's well worth it. Also, you earn quite a number of points with each order (also if you write reviews), and if you save them up, you can save a lot on an order and get a lot of tea! I think you need at least $10 in points to get a discount, but the points stack up fast. Also, Adagio consistently introduces more teas and even different types of teas. They have specialty lunar themed teas to celebrate different types of moons (I highly recommend the Bella Luna Blue tea, aside from the gimmick of it being a bright blue and shifting to a purple with lemon juice, it's a really lovely and sweet blend). They also introduced a tea that was based on the Chinese tradition of stuffing black tea into tangerines and letting them ferment together, it's very lovely. They have matcha teas, which I haven't tried yet, not as big a fan of matcha, but I'm sure when I do try it, I'll like it like the others. (Now if only they could start releasing a few milk teas...) I could go on, but the bottom line is, I really like this store, it's consistently been good for me, shipping has been prompt (though, I am a lot closer to the store by one state, so that's a factor), customer service is quick and professional, and they have a wide variety of products that's only gonna get wider as time goes on.

I received a poor quality Darjeeling followed by poor quality customer service. Avoid.

The tea is decent, the prices are good, but the customer service is lousy. I placed an order for my Mother for Mothers Day. I placed the order on May 6. All items I ordered were indicated as in stock and I was well within the shipping time frame, all parties being in NJ. I give my Mom a ring on Mothers Day and discover she hasn't received her gift. I log into the site and see that the products aren't due to arrive until 5/20! I contact customer support via email, its the only option, and I get the following response: "Thanks again for your recent order. The products you selected typically ship from the warehouse that's close to you. In this instance, a few of the items were out of stock, so the order was transferred to a warehouse that's a little bit further. This would explain the longer-than-usual transit time. We'll do our best to ensure that all future orders ship locally and arrive quickly. Sorry again for the delay this time! Please visit us again soon!" I never received notification that my shipment was going to be delayed, or that anything was back ordered. It was embarrassing and I had to apologize to my Mom (though of course she understood). I wrote a scathing response to Adagio customer service, and it's gone unanswered. I can of course understand a mix up, but not terrible service like this. I'll never order from them again.

Low Quality, Does Not Stand By Products, 35% Return Fee Spent over $100 on 12 varieties of their tea because they represented it as "being similar to Lupicia" which is no longer sold where I live. Received the product and found all the flavored teas to be infused with extremely low quality so-called "Natural" flavors that dominate the tea. I have been drinking teas and flavored teas for decades, always the highest quality available. I never thought it could be possible to have tea this bad.

Note: After writing this review I was immediately contacted by Adagio, and learned they do have a chat, it is just currently a little hard to get to. But they were very helpful and while I still think they should have a phone number, they proved me wrong about their customer service! This review site is about the whole website, not about the product. I have no problem with their product (though I wish they had a decaf rose tea). Great tea, design your own blends, so awesome premise. I have been a fan for years, and I am very unhappy that now not only can I no longer chat with OR call them (inexcusable!), they seem to ignore their customers. I don't know if they were bought by someone new or what, but this is TERRIBLE customer service! And I have sent them a bunch of messages, but never gotten a response. I hope they shape up again so I can leave them a more positive review.

There are a ton of bad customer service reviews on here and it seems all of these negative reviews have nothing to do with the actual Tea itself. In my case, I live in NJ. I placed an order and received my order within 7 days... I had no problems with the shipping. As far as the Tea goes: I ordered about 5 different Tea's. The ones I've tried so far I like. I was a fan of Teavana before they went out of business and while Adagio's version of Caramel Almond Ameretti is not as good as Teavana, this is the closest I can find to Teavana tea's so far. I would recommend them.

I love this company! All of the representatives are so friendly, helpful, and you can tell they love what they do. The tea blends are unique and adaptable to anyone's taste; even those who may think they don't like tea should try them, because you can personalize your own. I'm in love with the Earl Grey Moonlight iced tea and can't go back to storebought!

Adagio Teas- what a find. I am a repeat customer who would highly recommend Adagio to anybody. The quality of tea (and let's face it-tea makes the world go round) is consistent excellent quality. I love the packaging of the fandom teas and always received spot on customer service. The Christmas teas are delicious. Earl Grey from Adagio is on another level. Thank You everyone at Adagio 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
