I had done my practical training with James at the Cardiff centre and can say he was excellent at explaining the theory and grasped the new additions to the 18th edition. He always keeps up to date with electrical news and developments, it was very informative and I gained more valuable insights into electrics than the webinars.

Just finished 10 day gas lessons with Andy Sibley. Brilliant. Takes time to explain everything. Highly recommended.

I signed up for core electrical course 3 months ago, it is not actually started yet, in the meantime I watched recordings of Robert Glover teaching a previous group on the portal, it's a very good feature that webinars are recorded and made available to watch, and Rob is a fantastic teacher.

Very helpfully great customer service and plenty of information given.

Charlie has been great, very polite and genuine the whole time with setting me up into the course, also Sarka was very helpful with explaining everything about the induction and how it works couldn’t of asked for better help and service!

Delighted to have passed the plumbing diploma with Access Training and in particular the tutors Callum and Paul. Great knowledge, great assistance and overall made the process really enjoyable while picking up all the necessary elements to take my new trade out to the world. Thanks Callum, I'll be back for a few more sessions this year! Highly recommend.

Yea really good center and lots of space in edanbrigde, all the equipments and parts easy to find and callum he supervisor and assessor was awesome, great help when needed, really good at his job 10 out of 10

Really enjoyed the course and have found Rob a great teacher, who has always been happy to answer questions I have asked via email. Great way to learn… and really benefitted from recordable webinars as I couldn’t attend the live lessons. Also gives opportunity to revisit whenever needed. I had very good experiences with James and Sarka on the phone, both were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had regarding the courses and the portal, as well as being very polite and eager to help.

Ive just enrolled on a course, very helpful whenever i call them. They dont keep me waiting for anything. They answer all my questions as best they can. Loads of advice and information about the course. Very well mannered and i look forward to getting stuck in.

Want to change your career and have no/limited experience and knowledge, this is an ideal training course for starting from the ground up. I have been doing the starter course of "Core Electrical Training" with the intention of going for the full NVQ Diploma. I have had the fortune of having Brian, Rob and Zakia helping with my theoretical online tution. After that I can look forward to practical training and exams that will all be arranged by "Access Training". Then I will be able to move onto the next phase. They support you 100%, so if you read your books and do the work they provide, you can acheive your goals (whatever that may be).

I couldn’t ask for a better team to help me navigate my way through the qualification. Rob, Brian and Zakia are always ready to answer any questions I have. The team have really helped me to solidify my knowledge and ground some of the myths and pre conceptions surrounding the industry. Very direct and insightful knowledge being passed on here. Everything you need, to go confidently into the industry as a career.

Great course and great teachers with vast knowledge and years of electrical engineering. just what i needed.

It was a very big deal for me to invest and enrol on an electricians course. Access Training were among some other options at the outset, however, from the first call and email they were clear, informative and very nice people. The portal had loads of useful videos and links to help me ease into the topic and suggest how I should start learning. The amount of helpful support documentation is huge, and there is super help via Zakia. The re watchable webinars really make things less pressured and once they began, the real magic started to make itself clear. Rob and Brian's style of teaching is not only engaging and easy to grasp, it's very well paced and structured. I huge thank you to them, as the webinars have been exceptional. They both make learning a joy and their enthusiasm in supporting us has been clear and very much appreciated. I'm gaining confidence and knowledge at a pace and depth that are really flexible and suitable for me.
