The representatives that contacted me were quite helpful and professional in their approach . And I found the modules interesting
It was a nice experience learning from Steve. He is really helpful and he is really good at explaining things in a way we could understand.
Just finished 10 days of webinars with Paul, he is a great bloke, knowledgable, and explains things in an easy to understand format, with stories of how and why it is important / problems faced in the past. He has great patience and will go into more depth on a subject if needed. One morning he even started the webinar early to go over a subject that is more on the practical side rather than the theory, just to help someone out with an issue they are currently facing. Great course, very well run, hugely professional and most importantly enjoyable.
So far I can rate the webinars and they went great thanks to Paul Kelly. Lots of information and situations from life experience, much easier to understand this way. Thanks Paul Awful experience after webinars, there is no transparency in the next steps to be taken, I'm talking about the ability to plan things in advance. You don't know when you can take your exams or practical training until you finish certain steps, you can't plan holidays and you have to wait months to get a place for exams or practical training at the centre you did applied for. You get help from advisers on the phone as they tell you to check constantly the portal "maybe someone will cancel their booking and you can get it". Got my exam in February (had to travel 200 miles return) and now have to wait until april for practical training (or travel again looks like a holiday agency). Their excuse is "that why we give you 3 years to finish your courses"(works better for them rather me)
Paul was a great tutor, managed a group with varied confidence and experience. He's clearly got a lot of experience himself in the industry and always had the answers to any questions the group had.
Experience is so far and may be updated as I progress on the course. I have finished the webinar section of the plumbing professional course. Paul was the instructor/trainer and is excellent. Very patient, explained things clearly and was very good in answering all questions. Obviously a lot of info in a short space of time and it is expected that you do a lot of self -directed study. On top of that Paul is a super nice guy and I am very happy that I got him doing the webinars. I will update this review as I progress through the course.
Been on a coarse with Paul Kelly. what a great teacher and story teller! loved the coarse with him and the aftercare has been great from him!
Thank you so much it was really helpful
I think it was a really good and informative even with a short time.
Ruby in Edenbridge centre is fantastic, always responds and try’s her best to help.
Only just started but so far very good and can't wait to learn more
I have been on Access Training courses for ca. 6 months now. I am satisfied with the quality of the teaching material. AT was also helpful to find a placement to kick start my career as an electrician.
Had theory with Rob and practical with Aaron. They are so incredibly helpful and amazing teachers. They will take the time to explain things in different ways if need be. Everyone in the company is super nice and helpful and always ready to help. Just have to ask! Definitely recommend using them!
Very helpful informative and made sure I understood everything well
Really thorough, knowledgeable trainers and staff very willing to help. Aaron and Rob brought their extensive experience to help us through the course.
Have really enjoyed my practical training. Everyone here is lovely and Aaron the tutor was brilliant. Feel fully prepared for my assessments
Nick in the recruitment team at Access Training has been incredibly supportive in helping me better understand the electrical industry, giving me invaluable tips and advice to make me attractive to employers. I would encourage any current student with Access to seek advise from the recruitment team. Thank you for all your help! Alex Maynard
I was recently by being made redundant from Tata, Port Talbot, and was looking to gain a trade and move out of the Steel industry. I have made contact with Kieran at Access Training and I am starting training for my new career on 10th March 2025. The help and support I have received so far has been amazing and I feel very reassured about starting my course.
