Haven't used a travel service for many years... taking a trip to Bali next spring. Martin was able to secure great business class tickets for thousands less than I was finding online. Great service!

Carlos was a huge help and even double checked my event dates to make sure I was flying at the right time (I wasn’t). I threw a lot of inquiries at him and he always provided me several options for each. The options I was receiving from other vendors couldn’t meet my desired flight dates, only provided one option per inquiry, and usually had some crazy path with 2 huge layovers, etc. etc….Carlos gave me awesome options and I will definitely be contacting him for any future business class flights.

Carlos is simply absolutely extraordinary in every way! I have never experienced service like this!!! We have been travelling for a very long time and very often, Carlos has taken booking flights to a whole new level! His ability to find the best option, to make sure you get what you need and how he makes you feel is incredible!! He makes things happen so fast, super friendly as if I have known him for years!!! And the price for the business class & first class options are unbelievable!!! First I thought my eyes where seeing things but wow is all I can say for the prices he gets!!! This is the first time I have used Above 9 travel & I will never book with anyone else!!! I can’t believe what I have been missing out on!!! Carlos you are absolutely amazing in every way, A BIG THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend Carlos from above 9 travel, he goes above & beyond, a true gentlemen & knows the meaning of service!!! I want to give some real credit to Silvester Upton. He was in competition with two other companies, but Silvester came thru with not only a very reasonable fare but an excellent itinerary. So give him a raise. He earned it.
