I thought I had gotten my refund for my insured flight. But I see you are still fighting it! So, my experience with your company has taken a turn for the worse! 'I will not recommend to anyone to fly with you, and I will of course not fly with you ever again!! I was there and could not get on my flight as my. luggage was not at the same building. Swiss Air told me, If I had bought the ticket through their company they would make sure I got on another flight. But since I did not buy it though them, She told me I would have to get satisfaction through the company I did buy it from. Which I am not getting. I called that night and had no response till the next day. I was told he might have a flight leaving from another airport! ..
