Ludvig and Above9 Travel AWESOME
Ludvig was efficient, sent several options based on what I wanted. Followed through with seat assignments even when he had to contact the airlines. Ludvig and this company are AWESOME. I’ve used brokers for years and this experience blew the competition away!

Response time needs to improve
The agency is offering discounts on some flights however there are instances that the response time is too long and follow up is needed to get their attention. Also, there are instances that options are so few that leads to looking to other sources to find better or competitive offers.
