Above9Travel, the Best pour les vols !!!
J'ai eu, pour ma 1ère expérience avec Above9Travel, un interlocuteur prénommé Thomas, qui a été d'une grande réactivité, gentillesse, professionnalisme et dévouement. Et pourtant, ce n'était pas simple, du fait de mes exigences niveau prix et aéroports différents à l'aller et au retour. Au bout de 1heure, tout était clôturé, malgré mes quelques souvenirs en anglais; problème résolu car nous avons basculé sur des échanges de mails tous traduits en français. J'ai donc pris la compagnie Emirates, avec escale de 2h à Dubaï, pour l'île Maurice et ai pu goûter à la fois au Boeing A777 et surtout à l'A380 que je désirais tester depuis quelques années. Tout fut génial. Et pour le retour, afin de respecter mon aéroport, ce sera Air Mauritius que je connais déjà. Le voyage n'a aucunement été fatiguant, le personnel a été aux petits soins et les avions magnifiques, surtout le A777 qui venait d'être refait. La cerise sur le gâteau est que j'ai obtenu, grâce à la subtilité de Thomas, un AR en business pour moitié prix ! Ce fut une très belle surprise et je continuerai à leur faire totalement confiance pour mes prochains voyages. Je vous conseille vivement leurs services et peux témoigner de la véracité des faits, non ce n'est pas une arnaque, et de leurs compétences. Toutes mes félicitations à cette société.

Booking was easy, Changes are impossible
Update: While the booking was easy, trying to make a change to my flight has proven impossible. I have left multiple voicemails and sent emails to multiple people, none of whom seem to be able to follow up or return a call. Super frustrating!! Booking was easy. Nancy provided options and helped provide an alternative flights for me.
