Great service from a real person
I don't know what goes on behind the scene, but I used Above9 for round trip between LA and Hong Kong, and could not have been more impressed with the service. I was also skeptical about getting a call back, and assumed it would turn out to be some kind of scam - at least a bait and switch. Surprisingly, the agent that called me was clear, honest, and straightforward and gave me a price that was just a bit lower than the next best price that I could find. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was great.. stress free
Everything was great! Tom issued our tickets for each flight before each flight so we did not have to hang on to them. Everything was smooth and no issues… we had 4 flights!!! The price was very good also! Tom also arranged for 3 pick ups to and from Dubai airport … much appreciated!

When I first saw this site and left a message, I received a call straight away after, and on a Sunday! Since then, Fred worked on my request, sent me 5 options to choose from and was on the phone for about 1h responding to all my questions and sent me even more options, with absolute patience and full attention. At the end I booked on the same day of the request. With Fred I had the best possible experience!
