I am always reminded of due service checks coming up in plenty of time which is very useful as a landlord with several properties. I have used 100% Gas for many years and they have always provided an exceptional service.

If you find a heating engineer as good as Paul, hang onto them. He has a complete mastery of his subject and you know that any problems will be identified and addressed. Just great work, every time.

The company checked specific items in the house and found them to be faulty. As a result the company is removing these items and replacing them with new and better items.

From initially requesting availability the process of booking an engineer is easy & friendly. Rough attendance times given then engineer arrived ‘exactly’ on time. Nice guy, very thorough, happy to explain what was going on and to give advice on products and systems for the future. All told, a well oiled service for an extremely fair price. Would highly recommend.
