I deposited 2 different amounts, 2 seperate times. Skrill was so helpful; however Zula kept giving me form letter emails and directed me back to Skrill. They would not take the time to check into it as Skrill said the fix was on Zula’s end. I am to date still out that 45.00. I also cashed out 250.00+ dollars which should have gone into my bank account. The CS representative had me send my picture holding my license, I complied although I had already been verified. I was told by CS I would hear back from them. I believe that was 4 days ago. So now - no pay out of 251.60 + 45.50. So I am almost out 291.60 that is definitely owed to me and no one willing to escalate.
