Excellent
Excellent, fast turnaround time within couple of hours. Have used this service before and similar previous experience. This time the airport didn’t need us to show any documentation but for us it’s better to have it than to not.

Flight rescheduled, holiday saved!
Needing a flight rescheduled with little time to go, having become ill quite suddenly, (and knowing my own doctor would take 3 weeks to write a letter), I contacted Zoomdoc on the advice of a relative. I answered the short questionnaire, made the 60 second video stating my position and condition, and sent it in. My medical certificate came back within 2 hours (and this was at 10pm on a Sunday night!). The cost was around 45 pounds, which meant hundreds saved in flights. It's not a faceless algorithm either, as I got a follow up personal reply from an actual doctor as well. 5 stars and more.

Zoomdoc Covid - 19 Test Verification
The service and help to deal with my video was outstanding from GiGi ( support services) I can not speak too highly of her. I live on my own and taking the video ( for the covid test ) was difficult and I couldn’t get it down to quite a minute so that I could upload it. Gigi suggested emailing it to her but on top of that my email provider had a limit as to the size of attachments . Gigi stepped in and talked me through exactly how to process everything with great patience and went “beyond the call of duty” I couldn’t have done it without her. On receiving my video I had my doctors letter within 30 minutes. Thank you!
