Easy to setup

Went to change my car mid-term on the portal from a F Type Jaguar to a Mercedes C300 (so a more common car with less power). Could not do on the hub so called them. Was told they don’t insure this car! So I had to pay a cancellation fee (it wasn’t me that cancelled, it was them). Also have lost a years NCB as the policy finished mid-term. Nothing else was changed, only changing cars. Found insurance with Allianz right away at a lower cost than my Zenith policy. What a cob. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR CAR MID-TERM. I will be informing all the car clubs I am a member of to ensure others don’t use this company! Update: They called me today to explain they could not insure the Mercedes as their underwriters don’t insure this vehicle. However they agreed to refund me the cancellation charge as a goodwill gesture. The lady on the phone was very good. I will update again when I receive the refund etc. 2nd Update: Refunds duly received as expected.

I had my renewal for my insurance come through from my previous insurance company. I thought i would try comparison sites and zenith were not the cheapest but offered better cover and extras. I decided to give them a go it was easy to follow on there site and saved me over £100
