Efficient professional, easy to deal with and resolved my issue immediately.
Have no facility for paying monies into my account so in my eyes this isn’t a bank!
They just frozen my account with no reason, no explantion. I am abroad. My money is locked, and they do not give a a time frame to solve the problem.
Helpful efficient telephone service when replacing lost card. Hardly any time "on-hold".

I woz in a great panic when I lost my card but straight away I woz reassured that no money woz taken or tried to be taken from my account and woz reassured that a new card woz in post straight away thank you so much
