This is the worst banking experience of my personal and business banking, ever. My first Deposit was for £12,000 from a well known financial institution. My account was restricted for investigation. I was asked for proof of this transaction. And I was given an email address to send it to. Every thing i sent it. I got an email from zempler telling me not to use that email address. All the phone calls I made, had no affect to release my money. Due to this bank I have now lost the new business premises we were moving to. I will now be taking legal action to releases my money. I wouldn't give them 1 star .absolutely discussed with this bank. If that's my first deposit from a financial institution. How can I deposit money from a unknown customer.

Great service
I was scammed recently and I phoned Zempler to report the problem. I spoke to a really helpful guy who said that he would block my card, issue a new one and pass the matter over to the fraud department. The following day, my account was refunded and I received the new card a couple of days later. Excellent customer care!

Call answered quickly, spoke to a lovely gentleman called Ike. Who was very professional and dealt with my enquiry very quickly and it was resolved.
If I could give a 0 star i would. They suspended my account with my last bit of wages in. Wouldn't allow me to transfer it out and are not telling me why or even responding back to me. This company is scam, freezing people's money and giving no reason. My boyfriend also had his bank frozen for absolutely no reason. It's plane straight up fraud but they get away with t due to this. They get away with it due to this UK law. Crime Act 2002 (POCA)
