Their representative , Tim , was very polite and professional and quickly resolved my issue
Ben the customer Service Agent was amazing. Very calm, very knowledgable, He talked me through what I needed to do to acticate my account and card. He was very patient with me, I'm 67 years young and he had time to go over everything with care. And we had a laugh!, cant be bad. But honestly, He was a great help, I now feel confident to use Zempler banking.
I spoke to a company representative called, Ruchin; and, he explained why my £15.00 monthly payment agreement had been, all of a sudden, cancelled; which he then proceeded to set back up, again. I felt well and truly grateful...as, currently, I'm unemployed...; and, so there is no way I can afford to pay more than that. 5 stars. Thanks, enormously for your understanding.

Genuinely terrible bank. They impose restrictions on incoming money to business accounts for no reason. I have been blocked from receiving an inbound payment for days. STEER CLEAR if you are a business owner
Since the takeover with this bank my business has suffered from having Zempler as our bank. Most recently, our bank account has been frozen for reasons unknown, payments that are being sent from our customers are automatically rejected and Zempler will not answer why, it is losing us money and damaging our relationship with customers!
All l know is good service when you call them the way the answer you talking to you is a great that's l saying.
