I live with long term spine damage and pain from an accident, and have not slept for more than a couple of hours for years. Since taking these I am sleeping for many hours at a time and when I do wake I can just turn over and get back to sleep. I take 1 during the day if I have done a lot to help relax the pain, then 2 half an hour before bedtime. They are improving my quality of life.

We bought the cbd gummies and the sleep and relax gummies for our two daughters who both have epilepsy and another neurological condition which can flare up of a night. Their symptoms have dramatically decreased and our youngest has anxiety and behavioural issues which have also significantly improved. These have literally been life changing for us and our quality of life as a family has improved with the girls' getting better night sleeps, medical symptoms improving and generally being much happier and calmer with less anxiety. I originally purchased the hair growth vitamins after reading the positive reviews online and I am so happy that I did! I absolutely love this product I have been using for almost a month and have seen such a difference in my hair growth! It has helped me achieve my desired goal much quicker than I expected! Most products of this price do not compare. I normally am a hard person to please but this product definitely has work its wonders on my hair.
