I'm not getting any response to my emailS or from filling out the online contact formS on their website. I have contacted multiple times on both including pictures of order confirmation email and BB dates received. I contacted Yumi on March 28, April 05 and April 07. Three emails and three online contact forms. I bought in bulk, six tubs of ashwagandha wellness gummies and the best before dates aren't good enough. It means 2 months supply will be out of date, (and that is only if I consume two gummies a day.) BB dates on all six tubs is 28/07/25 So disappointed in the lack of customer care. I love the gummies and would have been a regular customer. This was my second order. Order #UK102713 Order placed 26 March Order received 28 March *I have now received communication from Yumi in response to my review on trustpilot. Response from Yumi 11 April. They say that their products have around 1 year BB dates apart from one product (that I did not order.)* *Having sent further pictures of BB dates I have been told I can send back some tubs at my own expense and they will in this instance refund my postage if I prove to them how much it cost to return. They will then replace with some fresh stock coming in next week. I can't say I'm overly excited about doing this. I feel at the very least they could send out some fresh tubs without me wasting anymore of my time.* *I am now getting somewhere communicating back and forth via email. Hopefully going to be resolved. Willing to edit my review appropriately.* *this problem has now been solved 18/04*
