Prezzi assolutamente competitivi, produzione perfetta, possibilità di prototipazione prima di avviare la produzione di massa. Su molte tecniche di lavorazione non hai obbligo di quantità. Possibilità di scelta tra produzione express e standard. Consulenza telefonica e via mail impeccabile e praticamente immediata, con ampia scelta di tecniche di lavorazione. Con loro ho utilizzato servizi di CNC per lavorare alluminio e stampa 3D in ABS, il preventivatore automatico online è comodissimo e con ampia scelta del tipo di lavorazione e personalizzazione del prodotto finito, in caso di problemi vi ricontattano subito. Vi viene assegnato un consulente personale per il preventivo e l'ordine e una persona di riferimento che segue tutta la produzione in caso di conferma dell'ordine. Servizio molto competitivo e molto molto professionale. Mi ha pienamente soddisfatto la puntualità nella consegna del prodotto e l'alta qualità delle lavorazioni oltre che del confezionamento. Mi sono trovato benissimo, lo consiglio a tutti, dal maker in fase di prototipazione all' azienda che ha bisogno di produrre una quantità alta di componenti.

We are using the services of Xometry since more than a year now. The website is easy to use and gives a good overview on the first questions. Ordering process is clean and easy to understand. If there are open points or unclear topics, you can quickly find your person in charge and clarify via telephone. Prices are good, quality of the delivered products is very high.

Did order 5 cnc parts, they had 3 months delay. Had four different employees on the phone who all promised to solve it and call me back, which never happened. Never got the parts, and i simply gave up after 4 months of waiting to order it at another company. Sometimes Xometry delivers, but sometimes you do not get anything.

Ich arbeite in einem Elektronikunternehmen und konstruiere gelegentlich diverse Teile. Da uns lokale Fertiger immer wieder im Stich gelassen haben, sind wir teilweise auf online-Anbieter umgestiegen. Nachdem wir nun in kurzer Zeit die vierte Bestellungen hinter uns haben, kann ich Xometry auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Teile aus Edelstahl und Aluminium sind sehr klein und weisen komplexe Geometrien mit straffen Fertigungstoleranzen auf. Die Preisgestaltung von Xometry ist im durchschnitt leicht unterhalb unserer lokaler Fertiger, hier also schon mal ein Pluspunkt. Die Lieferzeit empfinde ich als ausreichend/angemessen, wobei je nach Teil (Material, Oberflächenveredelung etc.) auch Expressbestellung möglich wäre, gegen Aufpreis natürlich. Die Teile wurden alle innerhalb der vereinbarten Frist geliefert (Teilweise sogar in der halben Zeit). Generell bestelle ich gerne bei lokalen Fertigern um die Wertschöpfungskette innerhalb des eigenen Landes zu fördern. Teile die von unseren lokalen Fertigern nicht produziert werden können/wollen oder in der Vergangenheit schlecht verarbeitet wurden bestelle ich nun gerne bei Xometry. Es bleibt die Frage offen, wie gut der Support von Xometry ist, falls wir mal eine Reklamation haben. Bis dato noch nicht vorgekommen, daher kann ich weder positives noch negatives berichten. Von Xometry bin ich positiv überrascht und empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Precisions and respect of construction times

Ich kann die Firma absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Nach Einholung eines Angebots beginnt der Telefonterror. Zuletzt wurde nun auch eine Mitarbeiterin von uns am Telefon sehr unverschämt angegangen. Wir werden mit dieser Firma definitiv nicht zusammenarbeiten.
