We use Xometry for rapid prototyping when our usual vendors are too busy to comply with our schedules and generally we are happy with their services. I would rate them 4/5 stars as tolerances are slightly below our expectations on delivered parts but “good enough” to do the job.

Pièces imprimées en 3D en matière ABS. Je suis passé par le site xometry.eu pour établir le devis, passer la commande et payer en ligne. Tout s'est déroulé avec facilité, j'ai été rappelé par un commercial pour bien établir mon besoin, définir le procédé de fabrication adapté et s'assurer de la quantité de pièces à fabriquer. Délais de fabrication et d'expédition respectés, la qualité correspond à mon besoin.
Une petite demande pour faire une surprise. Un contact agréable, disponible et réactif. bien que la demande était pour un but perso, je vais faire la "pub" coté professionnel. Geblendet von dem "Leitsatz" Angebot innerhalb von 3 Sekunden dachte ich, prima - testen wir..... Zeichnung hochgeladen, Anfrage geschrieben. Wir erhielten dann eine Email mit der Info, WENN wir eine 3D Datei hätten, könnte eine weltweite Anfrage gestartet werden. ABER es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass OHNE dieses Modell GAR NICHTS geht ! DAS erfuhr ich erst, als ich nachgefragt habe.....kein zuverlässiger Partner für mich.

I love the ease of use of Xometry, the quick transparency on price and delivery dates, this combined with competent manufacturing feedback and customer service. Have used Xometry over 10 times the last year for prototype 3d prints to small/medium batch production, of 3d prints, Milling and injection molding qty.50-500. The service makes me more productive as a R&D Engineer in a startup where things need to move fast.
