DPD mis-delivered my shoes to some random address (with a photo of someone taking possession) and their response was to check with my neighbours. There are about 50 identical doors to hundreds of flats on my street, so no thanks. They ignored my request for a refund, so I've issued a chargeback.

I have been buying Xero shoes for a while now. probably 9-10 different shoes (types). This new line (WYNN) I JUST bought are THE best yet. I love these shoes! They are a little to get used to at first after decades of wearing super padded monstrosities. But I couldn't be happier. I have always "walked funny" and recently, I have been having increasing problems with hip pain. Not sure how much it has improved my gait, but the pain is going away. Love this company too! I actually tried one of their competitors first, and got HORRIBLE customer service (along with unrelenting spam text messages. UGGG!). My search continued and I discovered Xero shoes. Got my first pair and am planning on purchasing a 2nd soon. Thank you so much for this product!

Xero shows allow the foot to function physically and neurologically as the feet are designed. After long days on my feet, my legs and feet feel so much better than wearing heavily cushioned shoes with extensive arch supports. I will never go back to traditional footwear. Ordering was so easy.

I am returning these shoes. I have been buying your shoes over 4 years and always very happy. Now however, these are cheap imitations of the great shoe I previously bought from Xero, (TerraFlexII). They are made from one piece of material with fake pieces imbedded in the material rather than sewn in pieces. They look like shoes that would be bought at WALMART. PLEASE go back to the great shoes you previously sold.

I have purchased several pairs of Xero shoes and each pair have been great. I now own the Prio, HFS, Colorado sandals, and recently purchased the Scrambler Trail Low WP which has a treaded sole and is waterproof! I have worn all these shoes out of the box with no break in needed. If you are looking for zero drop shoes that are comfortable, you can’t go wrong with Xero shoes.

Xero shoes is an incredibly honest, down to earth, and friendly company. Every interaction I have had has been a positive one and I love the ethos of the company. Then the products, absolutely amazing. Comfortable, fashionable, and everyday functional. I wear my 360s every single day and I never get tired of them.

These are amazing shoes, and the small company does a great job with customer service and returns.

I spent ages looking around for some attractive, comfy and durable sandals for my hubby this summer. We had high hopes for Xero sandals but after about three months wear, he’s really unimpressed. They look nice. However the sole is thin and frequently bends over at the front when walking. The little clasp which keeps the straps in place is quite flimsy and they take an age to put on and take off. For the money, he’s disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them. I can’t remember the exact brand name but they are the sandals promoted for the Camino.
