Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.

Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental…
I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Great value and hassle free
We have always found Zest to be hassle free and this time was no exception. We chose a local firm in Kefalonia through Zest - the provider was Dirent (who had some mixed reviews - so some trepidation there...) But it was all pretty much perfect : we were met at the airport, short drive to pick up the car, the car checked in front of us with scratches noted. Return was easy too. The car wasn't the newest but was perfectly adequate and reliable. And very good value - £60 plus 30 euros out of hours pick up

Good value & excellent service
Excellent service online and with Zest operatives over the telephone. I hired 3 cars for our group and needed to make some amendments. Changes were done quickly, efficiently and staff were always courteous. Great value too which always helps. I'd be happy to use Zest again when hiring cars in the future.

Second time using Zest and two thumbs…
Second time using Zest and two thumbs up. They have a hassle free no hidden fees experience and source some of the better rental car companies, as the actual rental company (Master Kings) were great. Definitely use Zest for your booking, they make it super easy.

Efficient service with change of plans
We were very happy with the efficient and helpful customer service when we discovered we forgot the credit card of the main driver 2 days before the start of the rental period. Not only did they manage to find us an alternative option but also the overall price including a second driver turned out to be lower than what we initially had to pay and with a good quality rental car company as well. So very happy with Zest.

I have used Zest to hire cars in the…
I have used Zest to hire cars in the Mediterranean region about 40 times over the last 14 years. Except for one occasion their providers have always been up front and honest with their charging, competitively priced and supplied a car in good condition. On the one occasion the provider overcharged me one phone call to zest and the problem was sorted. On one occasion in the 14 years I did book a car hire firm direct ( attracted by a low headline rate and not using Zest) but only regretted it. I’m pretty sure that Zest would not use that particular car hire firm.

The best car rental company we have…
The best car rental company we have used. None of the usual delays and paperwork issues. Got the keys, drove the car off, brought the car back and dropped the keys off at the desk. Simples.
