Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.

Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental…
I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Consistent service delivery
My recent rental in Lisbon is the 3rd time I have booked a hire car through Zest. The outstanding point for me is the consistency of service delivered by the hire company selected via Zest. I get the assurance that the provider in resort is sure to meet the expectation I have, no surprises or dissatisfaction!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE - ZEST MAKES RENTAL EASY AND STRAIGHTFORWARD
Yet again; ZEST and their vendors did an awesome job. Faultless service: Alamo was great: price was fair and reasonable and with the backup insurance and driving in Sicily, it was certainly well worth it. Zest makes the service from other rental providers/aggregators truly cringe worthy. In over 8 years of doing business with Zest, I have never had a problem. #Faultless

Seamless car hire
Positive experience with Zest. Spanish car hire groups can have a bad name and I’m always wary! Not when booking through Zest. Seamless from start to finish. Booking process was easy and when I contacted them to make a change customer service acted within minutes. Collection at Valencia was easy, meeting point directions were clear and paperwork at off airport location was quick! I was offered extra insurance (no hard sell) or to leave a deposit hold on CC. Lady suggested I took a video of the car and showed all the marks as per paperwork. Drove out within 10 minutes. Return just as simple, car was checked told “perfecto” and driven back to the airport(5 mins) promptly. CC hold removed with 24 hours. Would recommend.

Very easy to organise
Very easy to organise, with the ability to add additional insurance at point of order which was good value for peace of mind. Pick up was simple and we were met at the airport and escorted to the car in the airport car park, where the paperwork was completed! All very straightforward.

Good rental price & low excess deposit…
Good rental price & low excess deposit of £200 instead of the normal £1000 and £0 excess for accidental damage so peace of mind for the period of the rental.

We had an issue with the car hire…
We had an issue with the car hire company at our destination trying to con us that the cars they were offering were the equivalent of what we had booked when they clearly weren’t. Zest sorted a refund for us one we got home and stayed on the case. They pick up the phone when you need them. Staff are helpful abs knowledgable
