This makes it easy to secure limited editions and special releases. Their packaging is also consistently reliable, ensuring that items arrive in excellent condition without risk of damage. The main drawback, however, is the additional charge for postage. In comparison, many competitors such as HMV and Amazon provide free delivery, which makes Zavvi less competitive in this area. While the service and product quality are very good, the postage fee is a significant consideration and may influence my decision on whether to continue shopping with Zavvi in the future.

Looks like a great product, at a reasonable price, but having just had two items, that I had ordered from you, in an order cancelled on me by you! It was explained to me that both items were under delivered by your supplier, but therefore that makes me feel that my custom isn't worthy of fulfilling my order and serving another customer instead! I have spent £374.49 already this month, and a total, so far this year of £2081.51!!! You would think that such a loyal customer would get a little more consideration from your company!!! ANY COMMENTS???
