Very cool service! It's always fun when you get a new box and have a bunch of new flavors to try. Sometimes you will get a flavor you dont like. Not to worry though because you can rate everything you get in the box on the site easily. Over time your chances of getting something you dont like decrease as your flavor profile gets fleshed out. Shipping is very fast. I usually get my box within two days of it shipping (I live in nevada which is close from where they ship so that may vary.) All this and on top of that when you get the box it shows the retail value of everything and it is well over what you pay. A lot of bang for your buck, fast shipping, clean and easy to use website, and great flavors personalized to you! 5 out of 5!

Awesome company and amazing customer service.. I placed an order on their website and made a mistake so I immediately tried to change it but I couldn't, it was too late so I called them and even though it was completely my fault they not only let me keep what I ordered but they gave me a full refund to which I ordered what I really wanted and everything worked out fine. I would definitely buy again from them and I do since I now have a monthly membership and it's great!!! Love this company if I could give them 10 🌟 I would..

Cool idea, poor execution capabilities My box arrived 20 days the first month... whatever I guess. Second box for March never arrived. Last tracking info stated it was in LA on Aprill 2. Today is May 19 and not box. Also 2 other persons I referred never received their boxes. Maybe if you live in USA you have a good chance at receiving it, but as far as abroad goes, maybe maybe not. A promising service with poor execution capabilities.

Great way to try new flavors. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to New York's new laws. Please enjoy it if you can!

If i could give zero stars i would. I would really make sure y’all are checking your boxes for expired juices. I saw another review from a customer that this happened to last month which made me start looking at expiration dates and for the past two months i have received expired juices. This month 5 out of 6 were expired. Who knows how many times before this i received expired juices. So just make sure your checking the expiration dates.

I personally love it you never know what you’re going to get that’s the surprise and they all seem to be good liquids and then you can add to your surprise something that you liked from the past, I been using ZampleBox for year’s now And I’ve never been disappointed

ZampleBox is a fantastic option for new customers looking to sample flavors, or veterans that want to try a variety of flavors they already enjoy. I was a menthol guy when I started, but after 3 months, ZB had me try some candy vapes and desserts ... I fell in love. And I have been here ever since.

I have a hard time rating my boxes on the mobile website (using chrome on a samsung note) but on my laptop it works flawlessly. Other than that this service is absolutely amazing. There is so many different flavors of juices out there and being able to try different ones that fit my flavor profile is extremely helpful and the price sure ain't bad either. My boxes always come neatly packaged and have never had an issue with shipping. The juices they send are all high quality including the flavors that don't really do it for me. I would easily recommend this service to any vapor and have many times. Also the customer service is a joy to deal with if you ever have to. Easy 5 star review from me.

Amazing service. Definitely worth every penny

I don't like many fruity flavors. My flavor profile is limited to tobacco flavors an vanillas and creams but yet zamplebox still made a way to find me a variety of flavors that I love and that were different but yummy at the same time.

I enjoy it more each month

Zample box is awesome for anyone. I just started vaping and this let's me try different flavors. It came really quick as well.
