NO REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEMS Returned 2 items for refund on 21st February...received an email confirming they had received items on 28th February...no refund processed, sent email on 6th March asking where my refund was...got a reply saying they had not received the return and could I sand proof of postage, I sent the royal mail receipt and the original email they sent me...(10 times) 9th February...NO REPLY NO REFUND NOW THE BUSINESS HAS CLOSED DOWN! ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS!
I have purchased several items in a sale, some of which I would like to return but have just discovered the company has now closed down along with the website. I am just directed to the Flannels clothing website when clicking on my order receipt email, who do not recognise my order or email address. Help appreciated. Update... contacted Flannels who seem to have taken over from Woodhouse and they have provided returns details... will see how it goes. Update December 2023... issue was sorted by Flannels but took 3 months and countless emails.
I placed an order on 1 March, was only offered standard delivery as they had suspended next day delivery (despite me paying for a next day subscription), it arrived on 4 March however I received an email on 7 March to say the company was closing down. I emailed company on 8 March to advise I’ve got no returns form or returns label, is this deliberate? Have you failed to advise your customers they were buying goods they couldn’t return because you were closing down? I now have £186 of items that are not suitable & can’t return as you have closed your website down (despite saying it would close tomorrow). I would appreciate a response! Your website is now coming up as Flannels.

I purchased a Belstaff cardigan for my husband. TWO weeks later, there's a hole in the garment where the stitching is coming away. I emailed Customer Service who were helpful, initially. Then I received an email saying that Woodhouse was ceasing trading. I emailed again, asking if it was still OK to return the item and now nobody is acknowledging my emails. The delay in me returning the item is due to having Covid.

I cannot fault Woodhouse clothing. I had my doubts due to the very competitive pricing but everything arrived on time and was in the original unopened packaging. I was pleased with everything I ordered. and will certainly be using them again.
Speedy efficient service which was appreciated. The size guide given (Certainly on Fred Perry items) is inaccurate, and would recommend checking brand owners size guide, before ordering.
