Why can’t I return my order?
I placed an order on 1 March, was only offered standard delivery as they had suspended next day delivery (despite me paying for a next day subscription), it arrived on 4 March however I received an email on 7 March to say the company was closing down. I emailed company on 8 March to advise I’ve got no returns form or returns label, is this deliberate? Have you failed to advise your customers they were buying goods they couldn’t return because you were closing down? I now have £186 of items that are not suitable & can’t return as you have closed your website down (despite saying it would close tomorrow). I would appreciate a response! Your website is now coming up as Flannels.
