Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

An excellent experience overall

I recently ordered a Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra from Wondamobile. I must say, the overall service was excellent. As per my request, they shipped the phone in a sealed box, not installing Google Play or anything else that I didn't want. The customer service replied within 10 minutes (on a weekend!), when I contacted them with this request. Furthermore, the delivery was extremely quick - it took 4 business days to deliver the phone from China to my house (in central Europe). That's a really impressive shipping time, especially amidst a global pandemic and (at the time of ordering) during chinese national holidays as well. I'd rate the experience a solid 5/5 and wouldn't hesitate ordering from this shop again. The other reviews here seemed a bit too good to be true at first, but I learned myself, that they're indeed perfectly justified.

S20 5G - Alles super!

Ich habe mir, wie viele andere aus Deutschland auch, das Galaxy S20 5g mit dem Snapdragon bestellt. In einer Woche (gestern) kam es an und es ist alles super. Kein Dummy, laut CPU-Z sind die angegebenen Komponenten drin und es wird nicht warm wie die Exynos Edition! Erst war ich skeptisch weil ich noch nie ein Handy aus dem Ausland bestellt hatte, aber hier lief alles glatt! Netter Kontakt, zügige Rückmeldungen und absolut Reibungslos. Zollgebühren musste ich nicht tragen. Gerne wieder!

Although the delivery took a little bit…

Although the delivery took a little bit longer than expected due to the current Covid situation Wonda has been honest and open about this from the start. Package came properly sealed and everything works perfectly. Not going to be the last time I oredered at Wonda. Kudos!

Excellent service and communication

Initially hesitant of ordering mobile phone from overseas but took the chance based on positive reviews and purchased OnePlus 8 Pro. Excellent service and communication throughout and glad I took the plunge, phone arrived within expected timescale and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I ordered the Note 20 Ultra 5G

I ordered the Note 20 Ultra 5G, snapdragon version as the exynos version in EU is really bad. I ordered the phone on friday, monday i received the tracking number, tuesday I received customs taxes request (22 euro) - which I paid myself, but sent the receipt to wonda mobile my email. Wednesday i got the phone, and the taxes (22 euro) were refunded to my account on thursday. What a service! I was reluctant at the beginning as I was paying for the full price of a phone and did not want to get scammed. But the reviews on this site made it easier to take the decision. I swear to got there is such a big difference between the snapdragon and exynos note 20 ultra (had them both). 10/10 site.

Thanks very much Wonda Mobile once i sent the money to buy Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Ultra 5G.It took less than 24 hours you sent me DHL Tracking Number for my Package ( Samsung Phone).It took only 3 Days for shipping to delivery to my address in my country.I gave 5 Stars to Wonda Mobile due to the following: (1) They pay import tax as they guarantee, you get your item without delay even 1 minutes (2) I can say they may be working more or equal to giant companies. (3) I got my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Sealed and Unopened with stickers from samsung I got New and Original Snapdragon phone i used to Exynos but Snapdragon is best so far because is first time to use snapdragon from Wonda Mobile.The phone is sweet i tell you (4) Wonda Mobile they just Listen and Working for it, Requests from customers they do not ignore anything requested above they capable. Other companies ignores many requests from their customers but Wonda Mobile just make sure they help their customers in 100% MY ADVICE TO WONDA MOBILE Some Phones are missing in Wonda Mobile,so make sure all models are available. You should also think about the prices. You ship to some of countries,If you can think about shipping Wordwide Thanks Big Up Keep it Up !

Exceptional mobile seller with exceptional prices

I bought a Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra from these guys and 4 day delivery, truly I never seen such a fast shipping speed even in my own country, and as they advertise there is no additional import fees, you pay only once as they promised. Their customer service is also quick to respond to any questions you have, I was sceptical at first as one should always be on the internet, however sceptical as I was I been proven wrong, WondaMobile delivered in everything that is written, fast shipping, no extra fees and just excellent service in general. Definitely will be a returning customer in two or four years.
