Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

I bought oppo n5 phone it arrived quickly but non of the uk apps are working it not connecting to any smartwatch customer service is very poor

They are amazing

At the beginning I was a little bit skeptical about buying on their website but few month later my honor magic v3 screen broke so I had to contact them to send it back for reparation and everything went so good. Every time I wrote emails they answered within the 3 following hours and reparation took less than 2 weeks (including transports from Europe to China and (visa-versa). Best experience ever, even much better than big European stores as Fnac, Mediaworld,...). I will buy my future phones on wondamobile and I can only recommend!

Tienda 100% confiable y ágil. Pedí mi vivo x200 ultra el 19 de mayo y llegó el 26 del mismo mes. Hice un contacto previo a la compra y me respondieron rapidísimo, me garantizaron que llegaría antes de la fecha que requerida y una vez hecha la compra tuve un seguimiento tanto de DHL como de Wonda Mobile. El paquete llegó en perfectas condiciones, bien enbalado. El móvil abierto para la comprobación de su funcionamiento, su configuración y la instalación de la playstore ya que es un móvil que no se comercializa fuera de China. El móvil es un infierno!!! 100% recomendable, confiable y ágil

I have been shopping at Wondamobile for years and until now they have always been super fast in shipping and also wishes for devices that they do not offer directly, were usually fulfilled, I must admit...I will only order there and I am currently waiting for my new Fold x5 in green. I can sometimes ask a lot of questions, nevertheless you are very nice and even if I know that I can sometimes be annoying, you are simply helpful and fair .. so again 5 stars from me ... Thank you

10/10 Excellent Service

Purchased Oppo Find N5. Phone was purchased on a Saturday, shipped on Monday morning, and arrived Wednesday morning, much quicker than the estimated delivery time. I selected the bank transfer method for payment, and payment was confirmed on Saturday within an hour of making the payment. Price was very fair, best offer i could find online. Phone arrived well packaged and exactly as described. I'm delighted with the service and would highly recommend.

Servizio al TOP...piu onesto di cosi nn si puo... rispondono veloce e collaborano al massimo...ho ordinato un Vivo x100 ultra... pagato con bonifico per avere un sconto di 4.5%..appena arrivato il bonifico mi l hanno spedito da Hong Kong lunedi e arrivato giovedì a Milano...nn ci credevo che arriva in 4 giorni.. l ho chiesto sigillato.. arrivato imballato benissimo e come l ho chiesto...miei prossimi acquisti le faccio sempre da loro...

Super Shop! Super Handy!

Ich habe mir nach langem hin und her das Vivo x200 Ultra gekauft! Vom Versand bis zum Unboxing war alles super! Wenn das Telefon noch von der Qualität hält was es verspricht, wird mein nächstes Handy wieder ein Chinesisches. Natürlich muss man sich an einige sachen gewöhnen wenn man jahrelang nur Samsung gewöhnt ist. Ich bereue den Kauf des Vivo x200 definitiv nicht. Auch Wonda Mobile hat einen guten Job gemacht! Ichvwar mir erst unsicher in China ein Handy zu kaufen. Aber ich wurde eines bessrren belehrt. Schneller Versand mit regelmäßigen Updates usw! Von mir die volle Punktzahl.
