Do not waste your time!! Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. It’s been 12 business days since, and had no notice of dispatch. Attempted to email them a week ago for an update and had no response either. Read reviews at this point and seen it’s a similar issue for many. Do not recommend!!!

Site easy to use and the delivery arrives promptly
Williams Medicals is great especially quick to get through the call, and delivery in 1 to 2 days is great. but of late experiencing problems in the goods, wrong products are given and then arranging for collection and the investigation of products that do not arrive takes a long time. The credit note is also not emailed to us, so we are not clear what is happening. So if these are sorted and have a system in place, it would be really good Thanks
