Do not waste your time!! Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. It’s been 12 business days since, and had no notice of dispatch. Attempted to email them a week ago for an update and had no response either. Read reviews at this point and seen it’s a similar issue for many. Do not recommend!!!

I don't often write reviews but the service that I received today was of the highest standard. I had cause to call for help with our Spirometry equipment, Nicola helped us with every issue and fixed them all! She has been outstanding in supporting me to get this fixed. She was patient, kind, and offered me great customer service - thank you, and keep up the excellent high levels of service.
can't remember the date of the order but unable to leave review without it so I made one up to save time. I rang, I placed the order and it was delivered, couldn't fault it - always nice to speak to humans!
Ordered a coagucheck in range meter and had a little difficulty with payment . The payment wouldn’t go through eventually it did via a different browser use . As a gesture of goodwill I was sent a 1x6 box of strips to go with the meter . Thank you Arwel , outstanding
