Do not waste your time!! Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. It’s been 12 business days since, and had no notice of dispatch. Attempted to email them a week ago for an update and had no response either. Read reviews at this point and seen it’s a similar issue for many. Do not recommend!!!

I ordered INR machine via phone. Was sent link to pay for goods, which I did but then only received a mail asking for payment before goods could be dispatched. I called and was told it was a mistake and they would dispatch in 24 hours. It took 4 days before it was dispatched and that too without tracking even though mail said there would be tracking. Apparently they can track but wont share details with customer so why tell us we can track by logging into account when that is not the case? It gets worse. When i received parcel, it contained strips and dvd but not the machine!!! So you basically charged me 300 for a machine but sent me just strips and a dvd. What a joke. My wife needs the equipment and you treat your customers like this. How can you not get something so simple right first time. You took my money ok so why did you struggle to complete your side of the deal. Where is my machine. Also no invoice in parcel packet. Send me the machine i paid for or I will contact my bank for online fraud. Also take your strips back as i never ordered them and will get them from my gp instead.
unable to meet our requests. Unfortunately this company accept the order, knowing full well items are not in stock and wont be due anytime soon, however they fail to notify you of this at the time of purchase. deliveries always a problem. site very slow. Customer service staff always polite, helpful but that does not help us when we require products.
Was promised delivery on 4 separate occasions which didn’t happen. Eventually received it on the 5th delivery date - packaging was squashed and very damp and the box inside was all ripped. Delivery driver obviously embarrassed and couldn’t wait to get away!
