Amazing experience

Dreadful.
I was transferred to three different people advising of the exact same details before finally ending up at a call centre where I had to go through the exact same details again, I could barely hear the advisor due to the level of noise and nonsense their colleagues were shouting in the background. They did not make me feel confident in any way shape or form to have my details so I terminated the call. Dreadful experience.
