Ordered a maxi dress and a received a swimsuit in my package, sent numerous emails to the email on the website but still has no response. Wouldn’t shop here again.

I have sent several emails trying to return an item that is the wrong size. I have not received any response AT ALL. I feel like their return policy is a big scam and they just avoid responding to you until it’s past the time that they say you can return. There is no exchange policy so you don’t even get your money back but would at least like the credit so we can get something that fits.
American customer here—My daughters are avid shoppers at whitefoxboutique.com. The quality was great (thick hoodies and High quality shirts) and delivery was always on time. Recently we have purchased shirts, and hoodie sets and noticed a huge difference in the material being used. The material appears to be similar to what SHEIN uses for their shirts and hoodies. The hoodies we recently received did not feel like the thick quality of our previous purchases. The shirts are this stretchy type material. If I was a new customer, I’d probably think the site was a scam. Did you all change your material?! May shop here one more time to determine integrity of the quality. But if it’s the same—might as well buy cheaper at SHEIN or TEMU.

I found the support of staff while dealing with an issue of returning the wrong size clothing ,: professional, respectful and determination to resolve the issue We made the mistake of typing in the wrong email address but staff did their best in chasing up our order , enabling us to get a refund application I have advised my granddaughter and her friends to create a Whitefox account when ordering to avoid this time issue A big thankyou to staff for their patience, being respectful and for their professionalism
First time customer with no complaints delivered promptly and my wife loved the jumper which was of good quality to be fair
I had made a purchase of three items and one of the items unfortunately were damaged upon delivery. I let white fox know about the issue and their team immediately responded with ways to help. I began communicating with one of the team members and she was very helpful on how to resolve my problem. I will definitely be repurchasing in the future!!!
I really love the quality of the clothing. They always fit great and get so many compliments. The speed of delivery is also impressive and the customer service is really helpful. I had a situation with an order and they were able to help me resolve the problem and had great communication. Very grateful for the white fox team. This brand will always be a go to order for me.
I had an issue receiving my package from Fedex. They billed me with customs fees and held the package despite it being included in the final price. Kristina was very kind to investigate the issue and by the next day Fedex delivered the package to me without any charges. Thank you again!
i made a 155 euro purchase and had to return 3 out of the 5 items ordered. the sizes are faulty on the website. if i have to return an item, its such a big hassle, to avoid the 6 euro delivery fee, i bought items worth 155 euros, but to return 3 items, i have to pay 9 euros extra if i want my money back, i chose the other option, that instead of money i will get my points back back. my stupidity cost me so much money, the points i received are worth 1 freakin euro. i dont know what the system is, but its crappy. never had such a bad experience with any other app. 100 euros, all gone to waste wth is this!!

Terrible customer service. I wish I had read trust pilot reviews before hand as I would never have purchased. Item arrived damaged, a big stain on the front which could be seen through the wrapping. I contacted customer service and provided photos. My return was approved but it then took a week to receive a QR code for return, and now I am not being refunded the full amount. Customer service agents send back generic responses and don’t answer any of my questions. Every response from White Fox on here says ‘we are sorry’ ‘we understand your frustration’ so why are you not doing something to improve that? Simple changes could make a big difference. This is my first and last purchase from White Fox.
I accidentally put the wrong address on my shipping order, and White Fox was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They responded quickly and went above and beyond to assist me. Every reply was friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend them!

Olesya at WhiteFox is nothing short of exceptional. She is so professional and polite, helpful, and email exchanges with her have felt so easy. My experience was great because although my order was a bit delayed, the company responded to my concerns very quickly and I received my package within 24 hours of sharing my concerns!!
Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever received. We needed an item by a certain date. The first order never made it. FedEx told us to contact White Fox and White Fox blamed the delivery. They said they could not refund me for the item. I reordered the item and added express shipping in order to get it in time. A week later they had still not mailed the new item. I emailed the company to share my frustration and attempted to cancel the order since we no longer needed it. They instead shipped the order and replied to my email that the item had been shipped. I will now be returning the item and I was never given credit for the express shipping that I paid for and did not get. Do not order from this company unless you enjoy dealing with horrible customer service.
The abysmal customer service team struggle to handle any dispute outside of their prepared template responses. They did not issue a refund for a faulty $35 item out of a $300 order, guaranteeing I will never waste another dime on their lack lustre business. They will tell you that sheer fabric and visible loose threads is the standard quality to expect to receive when purchasing White Fox. Meshki and Princess Polly are much more professional and trust worthy alternatives. Greed, incompetence and a criminal lack of staff training is all I can offer as an excuse for White Fox. Reported to the ACCC!
After a couple of false starts by my sister-in-law to order our 10yr old daughter a birthday gift, I wanted to take the return process etc over from said sister-in-law so that she didn't get sick of the whole process. After a bit of communication with WhiteFox - Nikki resolved the whole issue for me. I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with her response time & willingness to work with me to resolve this. Thank you WhiteFox - great customer service which is not evident in all stores these days.
