Greedy and Incompetent
The abysmal customer service team struggle to handle any dispute outside of their prepared template responses. They did not issue a refund for a faulty $35 item out of a $300 order, guaranteeing I will never waste another dime on their lack lustre business. They will tell you that sheer fabric and visible loose threads is the standard quality to expect to receive when purchasing White Fox. Meshki and Princess Polly are much more professional and trust worthy alternatives. Greed, incompetence and a criminal lack of staff training is all I can offer as an excuse for White Fox.
