The strap does not fit on my Seiko Sumo. Very disappointed. Tried to return it, but everything was difficult. Bad experience for me.

Good product & good service
I first ordered a Ringconn sizing box. It arrived within the week and when I wanted to order the Ringconn in the size I needed, I saw it was sold out. I messaged Watchesonline and asked them when it would be available again and I received a fast response. I was able to order it a few days after that and it arrived very quickly. The product is perfect and the service was also perfect.
