No stars would be appropriate. They advertise they can print from your phone, scan a code from an online label, but they cannot. They can make me purchase an envelope, they didn’t have any FedEx ones, MADE me buy that first before using printing then printing didn’t work. They wasted my time and cost me money. Not great for something that should have taken 5 minutes.
Discharged from hospital on a Friday, scripts called in to Wal-greens. One script filled, one not, pharmacy to contact Dr. on Wednesday I contacted Wal-greens for an update, they’ve done everything that is required and I have no script. Worthless customer service for someone in post-surgery recovery
Walgreen refuse to bill correctly. When you have coverage with qmb so you don't have a co-pay.
There is never a time I pick up a prescription that I don't wait forever....at least 20 minutes minimum. Only have one window for service even though there are 2 teamsters. Prescriptions take forever to be readycasxwelk!!!!
Exchanged a propane tank at my local Walgreens and the one given me was defective. I returned the tank and Walgreens refused to exchange for another tank. Their attitude was bascially it’s your problem not theirs. I had previously pulled my prescriptions from the store due to errors and poor service. I will not enter their stores again.
