Very basic cheap activewear

I emailed Vanqish about an order I placed with an error (completely my fault) Melissa from customer service replied quickly and amended my order with no hesitation! Amazing clothing and customer service, thank you Vanquish ✌🏼

Gestern wollte mir DHL meine Order #1318500 liefern, jedoch war ich nicht da. Habe einen Abholzettel bekommen, worauf steht, ich soll 62,68€ zahlen für eine Bestellung in Höhe von 125,40€. Ich darf erinnern der Shop schreibt folgendes auf seiner Webseite: ,,Europe: Customs and taxes are covered for orders under 150 euros, anything over this value may be eligible for the addition of customs fees.'' Ich schreibe dem Support, Cloé antwortet:,,Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a duties-paid service.'' Aja, aber in der Rechnung steht sogar Shipping 13,5€ und Germany 20,02€ und auf ihrer Webseite: Duties and taxes are covered. Seltsam? Und nicht einmal bereit hier zu helfen, aber die Kunden mit falschen Behauptungen in die Irreführen und dann im Regen stehlen lassen… Das erste mal war ich echt zufrieden und die Qualität ist super. Aber nach so einem Verhalten und schlechten Kundenservice werde ich nichts mehr kaufen und den Betrag werde ich auch nicht zahlen. Nie wieder @Vanquish!

It’s not my 1st time buying from them. I paid S$45 for express shipping which is considerably expensive. It’s been 4 days still not received my package. When send email to them, Melissa told me parcel has been shipped and it’s not in their control. What’s the point of paying so much for express shipping when no one is taking responsibility that the package has not reached the customer. I had a similar issue with Gymshark and they handled the situation professionally making sure the package reached to me.

I recently made a purchase that got lost in transit. I informed vanquish about the situation and charlotte sent me an email right away and advised me the order was reshipped and apologized for the inconvenience. I received the order about 5 days after it was re shipped. I really appreciate this type of service, it really shows they care about their products and customers.

The delivery time is super quick and the quality is outstanding. I am very pleased with my purchases. The clothes are reasonably priced and the fact that I use Elton's code and get a discount, is a welcome bonus.
