Beware! Ordered $75 sweatshirt hoodie my brother wanted for Christmas, with promised 7-10 day delivery, and two weeks later, there's no sign of it, no shipping label, and I'm still getting the runaround from 'Nicole' at customer service. Company doesn't have a phone number, all the jerking around is via email. Agree with other victims that this is likely a scam site.

The company must have gone bust. Ordered an Axe paid the money and heard nothing. What a bunch of Cu in the NTs.

Die Bestellung kam nie an...Support kontaktiert und es wurde versichert, dass diese neu raus geht, da die andere verloren gegangen ist oder so. Dann nochmal beim Support nachgefragt...seit dem 02.03.23 gab es keine Antwort mehr und das Geld ist weg. Ich hatte mir von dem Shop viel versprochen aber mit der Erfahrung rate ich eher davon ab, hier etwas zu kaufen !

Ordered a watch for my husband with writing on the back of watch received the watch but no writing. Have tried to contact them many times and no reply back why spend the money if not getting the product you ordered.

My wife ordered my odins spear necklace from them. She cant track it. Chat line aint worth a dang. Phone number doesnt work. Says her account doent exist. No responces from the from multiple emails. All i got to say is DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

Company took payment and never shipped my order. They then failed to respond to several emails, plus their phone doesn't accept messages and they don't answer, even though they falsely claim "award-winning customer service" with a one-hour turnaround. They also cherry-pick written reviews on their website. I have submitted negative reviews, but they do not post those.

Knives are dull, I mean really really dull. What is advertised is not what arrives. They're cheaply made Chinese knives and marketed as Viking products - some are Japanese fish knives. Did I mention the knives are dull? I tried to cut my finger but couldn't.

Tried to order hooded jacket on sale. Above the jacket it stated "free worldwide shipping" When attempting to place order, the site charged 6.99 for shipping. I brought this to their attention thru chat line. They gave me a code which didn't work. Contacted them again and they said that they don't provide free shipping for less than $60. I told them the site didn't say that, but they refused to honor it. I found a way around their charge and ordered the item. I contacted them again and told them what I had done and that their customer service was lousy. They arbitrarily cancelled my order without my approval claiming I was rude and have refused to contact me since then. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful of a customer.

I ordered an amazing knife for such a good price. It was very sharp and extremely high quality. It did take a while to ship, but I just recieved it today! After reading the reviews I was worried as well but decided I need to write a review because the negative ones were very misleading. I think some people are just impatient. Just because it does not ship next day, doesn’t mean you won’t get your package. It’s very obvious from what I purchased that the craftsmanship was excellent and would take a little while to produce if hand crafted.

Like many, I’ve not received my order, they aren’t answering me, and now I’m going through PayPal to resolve. Avoid like the plague. They’ll rip you off.

Ordered a hammer and never even got a confirmation email. The websites autochat just says "order is awaiting fullfilment" when searching for my order. I have been scammed by a company before where they had the exact same layout and autochat with no answer from customer service, so this kind of website seems to be standard for scaming companies. Please, do not order anything from them.

Totally dissatisfied with this company, 0 customer service ordered 3 items and have received only 1 so far. I still have not received shiping confirmation for the 3rd and final item. order was placed 5 weeks ago. Will never use this company again.

I ordered a watch which was a gift. It's took a about two months to get here but I love it, it's worth the wait. The only downside is that the delivery takes long and the customer service doesn't respond.

Like others I ordered several things including a silver ring. They shipped the steel bangle but never shipped the ring. They took a week to get back to me and said they'd send another and a confirmation email. Its been 2 weeks and nothing, and now they're not replying. Its another pop up scam company and tbh I hope they all choke.

Terrible customer service. I placed a order but never received a confirmation email with a order number. Of course you cannot get a status on the order without a order number. I have sent 2 inquiries in the last 72 hours without any response. Not the great customer service that is advertised on the website. They did not waste any time charging my credit card. Needless to say I will not be ordering from. Vikings Brand again.

I ordered a silver Thor's hammer with matching silver chain (with special dog head clasps). Hammer came with no chain. No response from customer service. The hammer was lovely, but the chain was 1/2 the gift.

I ordered a hoodie which was a gift. Took a little time to get here but I love it. Quality is great and I know he will love it. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Totally worth the wait.
