I’ve order a card on multiple occasions and it’s never been received outside of my initial request when opening my account.

Everytime I need a loan it don’t go up and it says I’m not allowed to get a credit line but yet I get messages that I can now get increased amount and or it will say I was approved for credit limit of such and such and I make over $2,000 a month and made all my payments on time! Never been late never not paid any of my loans with you guys I have only been able borrow $250 but now for the credit one I was approved I went to get the credit line loan and it says I was denied idk how if it said in a message I was approved so idk I love Varo but I hate having these msgs come to me and not be able to get them I think it’s wrong to say yes and then when i go try to get the credit one it says no! I been banking with you guys for over 2 years and 3 months I love this bank there is so many plus things that are good but then other stuff is what makes me mad

The worse!! I’m closing my account.. trying to dispute a transaction and the stupid number I called can’t find my info!!!! Like wtf . I called ten times … this bank SUCKS

I wouldn’t give this bank a one star they do not let you cash checks or do anything. They are so idiotic. They don’t even have a phone where you can call customer service you have to text them and when your account goes in the negative you ever forever trying to get a whole support I think twice before I even decide to bank with this bank. I learned the hard way you do not bank with this bank ever you’ll be in the same situation I was.

My experience has been great since using Varo, and has continued to be great so far.

Love the app and service. BUT, unfortunately with health concerns I find I use the Advance $500 too often! And the fees are too high. Your competitor, Chime, and others do not charge fees for advances from great loyal customers. Life is often hard and if your motto IS truly to help us, why would your charge us when we obviously are in financial pain. Could you realign these charges based on reoccurring use, please, and give us a true helping hand?

I love Varo bank they make it easy to check your balance and give out small loans when u need them in a clutch I spoke to an agent only one time in 2years that speaks volumes.I also get my check 2days before check day so that’s a plus as well. Overall I’m very pleased with my decision opening up this bank account.

4 Star so far. Love the convenience of the availability of funds plus the many no fee atms. But one of my direct deposits it’s still not processing as a direct deposit. Still waiting for your processing time. Other than that is a great and convenient account.
