Someone managed to steal $345 from a false Uber acct that Varo created to steal from their customers.

Love Varo, just sometimes Varo keeps reducing my advance for no reason then raise it back up the next week! Just pls leave the advance alone

Varo is drama free and easy to use without any problems like most banks these days.

I was double charged at Walmart & when I called my bank they REFUSED to remove the extra charge. It was OBVIOUS it was a mistake. $314.65! TWICE charged at the same moment to my card on Sep 12!!! REFUSED To help me

Terrible customer service. Have no idea what’s actually going on. Received a paper check my first payroll deposit and literally no one could tell me that that’s what will be happening.

I’ve been using Varo for 3 years and I’ve enjoyed every bit. They make it easy to transfer money from your checking account into your savings account and vice versa. There is also a payday advance with amounts based on what you can actually afford to pay. Really love this bank.

Increase advance

I joined Varo when it was brand new. I signed up as one of its first customers and I’ve NEVER had a single solitary issue. I’ve had problem after problem with every other bank I’ve used. Varo always comes through. It’s actually where I put money I need to be absolutely safe and secure. I’ve never had my account hacked, I’ve never had any weird charges, I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with any customer service member. If I recount each experience with Varo, it’s 5 stars all across. I notice everything and I always speak up about any issues and for nearly 10 years now I guess (I don’t even know anymore) I’ve never had a single complaint. It’s amazing and they keep making it even better. It’s definitely my favorite. Not to mention purple is my favorite color.

I love the app. I like to do my banking and also incoming deposits come two days early. The only issue that I have is when they say that I have an advance available it’s usually not available until a couple days after.

Was like two days late on a advance because I got paid two days after it was due. I paid the advance in full and they knocked me down to 50 bucks now...not cool
