Cold call and cold email - failing to provide how they've gotten my details. I already have a masters degree so unsure why theyre contacting me or how. Customer service not helpful, do not tell you how to file a complaint or SAR - they do not remove your details from their database either. EDIT 08/11/24: I have never signed up for enrolment services to university as I already have an MSc, it's not until I asked for an SAR (after requesting my details be removed 7 times prior) that they very quickly removed my details. Definitely in breach of GDPR.
